The exhibition features ten installations and will be featured for five weeks only.

Fun Fact: Only manufactured from 1986 – 1989 the Porsche 959 was the world’s fastest production car when introduced. Unfortunately the 959 was not street-legal in the United States. During the model’s development Porsche refused to provide the US Department of Transportation with 959s for the necessary crash tests on the vehicle, thus the car was never certified by the National Highway Safety Administration for street use in the U.S. One famous instance though, Microsoft founder Bill Gates purchased the car prior to regulation changes that allowed the car to be imported and the infamous 959 sat in Port of San Francisco for 13 years until the US would allow “Autos of Interest” to be imported with severe limitations on their use.

It was announced by Bob Iger, Disney’s current CEO, this past weekend at Disney’s bi-annual D23 Expo in California.
